Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Mo., will publish his guide “The Tyranny of Large Tech” via conservative Regnery Publishing after Simon & Schuster dropped him following the pro-Trump riot on the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, Regnery introduced on Monday.
“It is discouraging to see [Simon & Schuster] cower earlier than the ‘woke mob,’ as Sen. Hawley accurately calls it. Regnery is proud to face within the breach with him. And the warning in his guide about censorship clearly could not be extra pressing,” Regnery president and writer Thomas Spence stated in a press release.
Simon & Schuster would have revealed Hawley’s guide in June, and now Regnery says it is going to be launched in spring 2021. Regnery was based in 1947 and has revealed authors comparable to William F. Buckley Jr., Ann Coulter, Newt Gingrich and Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas.
