Deandre Binion, 25, faces three counts of first-degree tried homicide and one depend of aggravated battery by discharging a firearm, Chicago Police Division Chief of Detectives Brendan Deenihan stated. 

He was taken into police custody Tuesday. The toddler was shot within the head on April 6 as he was driving in a car together with his grandmother and her boyfriend, police stated. Binion was in a separate car.
