A New York Metropolis jail guard is now going through prices after allegedly watching an inmate cling himself after which issuing orders stopping employees from saving him, insisting that he was wonderful and simply “taking part in,” prosecutors say.
Rebecca Hillman, 38, has been charged with felony counts, together with criminally negligent murder, following the loss of life of inmate Ryan Wilson on the Manhattan Detention Advanced on Nov. 22, 2020, in keeping with the Manhattan District Legal professional’s Workplace.
