English rock group Genesis proclaims first US tour in 14 years

English rock group Genesis is returning to the stage for his or her first tour in 14 years — and so they’re headed for the United States.

Phil Collins, Tony Banks and Mike Rutherford introduced “The Final Domino? Tour” on Thursday, which can kick off in Chicago on Nov. 15.

The 14-date tour will even go to Washington, D.C., Charlotte, Montreal, Toronto, Buffalo, Detroit, Cleveland and Philadelphia. The trek wraps in Boston on Dec. 15.

Genesis will play two exhibits within the New York space: They go to Madison Sq. Backyard in New York Metropolis on Dec. 5 and can play the brand-new UBS Enviornment in Belmont Park on Dec. 10.

On the tour, Collins, Banks and Rutherford can be joined by their longtime guitar and bass participant Daryl Stuermer and Nic Collins on drums.

Genesis’ final U.S. tour was 2007’s “Flip It On Once more: The Tour.”
